When I think about Estee Lauder lipsticks, I always think about toned down, natural-looking shades! They are my to-go-to lip colors for Bridal makeup.
Who would've thought year 2017 would be a year they turn 360 degrees with a collection of vibrant shades and striking finishes called NEW PURE COLOR LOVE?

With Kendall Jenner as their muse, I'm not surprised the shades are playful, youthful and simply adventurous!
The 2 shades I get to play with are 260 Sky High (pink) and 350 Sly Wink (Coral).

Has a shimmer pearl finish
This is my "dolly pink" kind of shade. If you want to go for a Barbie-looking lips, this is definitely on top of the list! A cool tone baby pink shade with very tiny shimmers when you look closely. This gives out a super young-looking vibe I can't help loving this shade.
350 Sly Wink
Shimmer pearl finish
A pale peach orange shade that also gives a youthful glow. This shade borders coral/peach with nude-ish effect. This effect is more subtle than Sky High but still gives that very pastel finish.
I actually like mixing both shades together to keep people from guessing whether I'm wearing a pink or peach-colored lipstick!
There are so many textures to choose from for the NEW Pure Color Love line. I got the Shimmer Pearl texture which can actually be tricky to use if you have extremely dry lips! It does have a balm-like, easy-to-apply finish yet the "pearlized finish" can enhance lip flaking and dry lines so it is very important to prepare your lips by hydrating them really well before using these types of finish.
You can go to Estee Lauder counters near you and try out different finish before you pick the ones that would work for your lip condition.
