Weekend Food Trip at: Le Petit Souffle

I've dined at Le Petit Souffle Century City Mall branch a couple of times for an event!  The experience has always been fabulous so I was excited to be there at their newer branch SM Megamall when they launched their breakfast meals!

Before I jump into the new breakfast meals, let me share to you some appetizers I had with fellow bloggers.

Drinks: Yakult Guava and Rosemary Cucumber and Lime
(Unfortunately, I didn't get to try any of the 2 as I just got well from cough and colds
so nothing gold for me!)

Furikake Pomme Fries
Php175.00
The potatoes were shredded so thinly I almost can't tell it's potatoes!  This is very tricky to eat, one "fry" a time won't give you the potato flavors you're aiming for so I enjoy grabbing a handful and put it all inside my mouth!

Champignon Frittes
Php235.00
Oyster and Enoki mushroom fries with Tonkatsu Mayo.
I enjoyed the mushrooms the most because hey, I love mushrooms!  And the dip is just a perfect  match to lessen the greasy taste.

Now let's head on to the breakfast!  The best meal choices that I don't mind eating even for lunch or dinner!  #SeriousHere

Breakfast of Champions
Php695.00
Luscious thick-cut bacon, foie gras, red berry fruit compote, sunny side up egg in a brioche bun, topped with hollandaise and maple syrup.

This is definitely breakfast of Champions!  Everything about this is just PERFECTION.  I love the bun that's sweet and crunchy I love the red berry fruit that adds a sweet and tangy taste to the Foie Gras and Thick-cut Bacon.  Adding a bit of sweetness from the maple syrup screams perfect breakfast!  Ang sarap niya promise!

Smoked Salmon Benedict
Php635.00
Smoked salmon over toasted brioche buns
topped with poached eggs and dill-infused hollandaise.

Other breakfast recipes to try (not photographed) ---
Black Forest Ham Benedict (Php375.00)
Black forest ham over toasted brioche buns topped with poached eggs and hollandaise.

Pulled Chasyu Benedict (Php375.00)
Sauteed pulled chasyu and mushrooms over toasted brioche buns, topped with poached eggs, hollandaise, and garnished with furikake.

Unagi Benedict (Php695.00)
Poached eggs and hollandaise topped with brioche buns finished with charred unagi and garnished with bonito flakes.

And of course, if you're a coffee lover like I am, nothing to worry about because they serve great coffee!
