SilkyGirl Magic BB All-In-One Powder Foundation Review

When I posted about my new powder foundation from SilkyGirl, I've read raves on my comment box and private inbox and was told this is hailed to be one of the best Asian brand powder foundation.

Because of that statement, I immediately picked this one up and used it for a good full month.   The powder comes in 4 shades (01 Ivory, 02 Natural, 03 Medium and 04 Rose Beige) and I immediately picked 02 Natural which has a good amount of "warm" undertone perfect for my skin.

SilkyGirl Magic BB All-In-One Powder Foundation Says ---

"This new and improved formula of Magic BB All-In-One Powder Foundation comes with these 4 natural ingredients; Wild Mango Butter, Calendula Flower Extract, Sakura and Mulberry Leaf Extract to keep skin looking flawless all day. Pros

• Slim packaging.
• Good quality powder puff.  Washable.
• Comes with SPF35 PA+++ which is good for daily use.
• Comes in 4 shades that matches most Asian skin.
• Gives medium to full coverage.
• Can cover up certain redness, pimple marks, undereye darkness.
• Matte-finish without the fake powder effect.
• Does not dry out my skin (considering I have combination Normal/Dry skin)
• Skin looks fresh all day!
• Glides on skin smoothly.

Cons

• If user has extremely dry skin condition, this may cause some flaking midday.
• May sit into fine lines and wrinkles.  

Overall
This is a great powder foundation with good amount of coverage.

Tips

• This powder is best used for users with Normal/combination/oily skin.
• Use the powder puff that comes with the product for fuller coverage.  Apply with patting motion.
• For a more natural, less matte finish, use a big powder brush in application and apply more only on key areas that tend to oil up (T-zone, etc...)
• Must try out testers as product may turn dark or orange if you have acidic skin.

Will I repurchase?
This product is good to use but not really the perfect powder foundation for me.  Not SilkyGirl's problem but the product suits oily/combination skin better.

Users with oily, normal or combination (normal/oily) skin.

With suit fair to medium skin complexion with warm undertone.

For better coverage, I prefer to apply product using the dry sponge and use patting motion.

After

Skin looks fresh, clear and the powder foundation covers even my undereye circles.
