BLK Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeliner Review

When BLK Cosmetics launched a couple of weeks ago!  One of the few products I immediately tested are the lipsticks then their Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeliner, just because I use liquid eyeliner on a daily basis too because it helps enhance my eyes even without the need of eyeshadow.

Thankfully BLK Cosmetics offers 2 shades, Black and Brown.  The Black one could look a bit too strong for daily mom-on-the-go look so I always opted for Brown, and as you all know, seldom do you find good brown liner color that gives the right amount of intensity.

Housed in a black liquid pencil liner packaging, it has a green strip which I'm unsure if the color changes if the color of the liner is black.  I like the simplicity of the design and the logo located at the center.

Pros

• Packaging.
• Felt-tip brush is actually non-scratchy and does not tug the lid.
• The shade brown is actually has a slight metallic finish, which makes it nice on lids.
• Pigmentation is good.
• No smudging on my lids.
• Easy-to-use.
• Affordable.
• Cruelty-free.

Cons

• Oily-lidded users may find some areas of the liner disappear a bit midday.  

Overall
A nice daily liquid liner that applies so easily.

Tips

• The liner tends to looks "splattered" on swatch but once applies on lids, I don't see that much of an issue.
• But, if you have oily lids, best to use an eye primer and apply the product close to lash line line to prevent the liner from transferring or disappearing.
• If you have hooded lids, please test this at home before you wear it outside as I haven't tried this product on users with hooded lids YET.  Will update this post if I was able to test it out.
• Not to be used on the lower lash line.

Will I repurchase?
Yes.

To whom do I recommend this to?
Daily liquid liner users.  This is so easy to use.

Has a slight hint of metallic brown

For application, I like to start at the center of the lids drawing very close to the lashline.  Gently thicken the line as desired and very easy to wing your liner with this pen.

So far, I love how it gives a defined eye look minus the "strong" effect of a regular black liquid liner.  And what I like about this shade is that it is quite unique.
