Eye Of Horus Rubian Brown Goddess Pencil Review

I have always been a liquid liner + pencil liner combo user!  I use Liquid Liner for upper lashline and pencil liner for the waterline! That has been the best way for me to brighten up my eye.

I have my own favorites yet I always strive to look for the best in the market.  One brand that caught my attention is the Eye Of Horus and they created Goddess Pencil inspired by Egyptian Goddess, I mean, who has better-looking liner than Egyptian right?

Eye Of Horus is a brand that uses ingredients used during the ancient times --- Ancient Moringa Oil, Ancient Malachite and a whole lot more.  I may not be knowledgeable with all the ingredients but all I know (and is thankful for) are the products are all cruelty-free!

AMW says ---
Pros
  • Pencil, easy-to-use.
  • Comes with built-in smudger.
  • Creamy, no tugging needed.
  • Long-wearing.
  • No smudging.
  • The shade Rubian Brown is super gorgeous!  Perfect for daily wear minus the heavy look.

Cons

  • A separate sharpener is needed as these pencils aren't retractable.
  • Fades a bit on some areas.
  • May still smudge a tiny big if users have hooded lids.
Overall
A creamy eye pencil that works for daily use.  This product dries up pretty fast so you have to smudge quickly (If you plan to smudge them) and you have to close the lid after every use (tightly) just so the pencil won't lose its' creamy texture.

Will I repurchase?
Yes!

To whom do I recommend this to?
Eyeliner pencil wearers.

Where to purchase and how much?
Available at http://www.glamourbox.ph/ priced at Php990.00 each.

You have to tug your lids a bit as if you apply as is, there will be gaps as shown on photo below.

Best to close eye and apply very close to the lashline.

I like to quick apply close to the lashline and smudge if needed.

This pencil is perfect for the waterline as it is extremely creamy so the color transfer easily without pain or irritations.  The downside is that, after several hours, some of the pigment may be gone , but thankfully they don't give me panda-looking eyes.
