Lioele Carry Me Blusher Review

If you want to literally "CARRY" a blusher, here's the best packaging for it!

But before I talk about this blusher, can we first talk about LIOELE?

Who remembers the brand?  *Raises hand*  This brand brought me back to so much good 'ol Beauty Blogging memories!  I used to stalk Ebay for Lioele makeup products because Jen of From Head to Toe has been using this brand!

So one Lioele item that I really purchased and used to the last drop is the Lioele Beyond The Solution BB Cream (linking this made me teary-eyed, I didn't have Kyle back then and I'm still living in my parents-in-law's house!)

Back to the review, when the brand reached out to me to try their products, I immediately felt happy because I knew the brand is coming back!  I mean, they have been quiet for the longest time!  AndI am a big fan of supporting brands that I grew up with --- I mean in the makeup sense.

So are you ready for my first Lioele product to be featured after almost a decade?

A blusher that gives you the pretty and healthy girl-next-door look.

First order of business, you have to remove the plastic lid before you start using the product!  This is a protective seal that keeps the powder from going through the sponge, after you remove this plastic, you will say goodbye to clear white sponge forever! :D

It'll look like this, still cute!

AMW says ---

  • You have to keep on tapping the sponge on the back of your hand for product to come up every single time before use.  This is tedious at first but you'll get the hang of it and you'll love how easy it is to do retouch anytime, anywhere of the day!
  • The effect is very natural-looking.  I love how it highlights my cheeks making it look like I have naturally-gorgeous skin!
  • The color Cutie Pink is perfect for users with fair to medium complexion, if you have darker complexion, this won't show up as much and will actually work as a highlighting powder instead of blush.
  • Retouching is needed as the blush will tend to disappear especially if you have oily skin.  I find myself retouching after 4-5 hours - and I have dry skin.
  • BUT, the effect is so gorgeous I don't mind retouching a couple of times.  This is like the equivalent of my favorite Etude House Dreaming Swan, this one is in pink while the other is lilac.
