Nail Art Tutorial: Summer Romance Nails

As I was laying at night getting ready to sleep, I looked at my nails and decided to change it because I was off to an important event the next day!

What to do at 1:00am?  A very simple nail art tutorial with polishes that dries up pretty quickly!

Introduction, my Summer Romance Nails inspired by the Summer Romance Collection of Girlstuff Nail Polish!

Step 1:
Apply a good base coat.  I used to always do this step but since I was rushing, I skipped base coat application and went ahead and applied 2 coats of base polish in 3 shades.

Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer Sun-kissed for pinkie fingernail and thumbnail.
Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer BAEWatch for Ring Fingernail and Middle Fingernail.
Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer Rendezvous for Pointer Fingernail and half of Ring Fingernail.

Step 2:
Using my 2-way nail art pen (brush portion), apply random lines of gold as shown on photos below.
It is very important to make sure your base polishes are completely dry before doing this step.

Your choice of horizontal and vertical lines.  Be creative!

Step 3:
Since I wanted something to "POP" because summer is all about the bright sun, I picked Girl Stuff Nail Lacquer in HOPE and applied it on top of Sun-Kissed - this is a great polish to use if you want somewhat "HOLO" nails!

Step 4:
Apply Fast Dry Top Coat, this is a perfect top coat to those who are always rushing and don't have time to wait for their polish to dry! (ME!)
