Monday lipstick is here once again!
I find myself enjoying the Monday lip product posts because I get excited to test lip products after lip products finding the good ones to showcase at the start of the week. I know, it's been out there --- Women wear makeup not for men but for themselves! And just take a look how a simple change of lip color can change the way I look!

Shades to test: Sanibel and Brickell
A makeup maven favorite, this creamy matte liquid lipstick is long-lasting in color and ultra comfortable in wear. Sanibel is described as rose nude. I usually veer away from such color but for some reason, Ofra added a hint of rose brown to it thus making it wearable even for users who have fair complexion. This is a great shade to use even with minimal makeup but I feel this would look great on medium to dark complexion gals.

Brickell on the other hand is described as true red with matte finish. What is true red anyway? True red for me is a red lip color with blue undertone that whitens the teeth and reminds me so much of Marilyn Monroe! I'm sure you have your version of true red (feel free to share on comment box below) but this is basically a true red for me and it passed my standard! In terms of teeth whitening and in terms of looking photogenic!
After using Ofra Long Lasting Liquid Lipsticks for more than a week, I would say this has great lasting power, it stays with eating and drinking with minimal touch up! My only issue is that, since I have crazy dry lips, at times, this feels tight on my lips but it is easily solved by applying my favorite lip balm on top!
Thankfully, the product never dries out my lips, you don't see flaking but it's just the tightening feel that experience due to dehydration (sorry gals, you really have to chug on that water because I don't!)
Overall, I love the shade choices of the newly packaged OFRA Long Lasting Liquid Lipsticks and I can't wait to try the other shades!
If you ask me, I like to mix both Sanibel and Brickell for a medium rosy red lip color that works for everyday!
