I've raved about the One Draw Semi Matte Lipstick in shade 09 Chu Chu several times in my IG stories last year.  I gave up talking about it online because: "What the heck?  It's not even available locally!"

Then a little walk around my favorite Watsons store made me do a double take!  Yes, this is not a drill!  The One Draw Lipstick line from Cathy Doll is OFFICIALLY in the Philippines!
