dear Klairs Creamy & Natural Fit Concealer Review

I have been wanting to try this concealer for quite some time and I got this from Althea a couple of months ago and realized I can find this cheaper at BeautyMNL!  Too late for me but not for you!  Yes, this is priced affordably at Php584.00 at BeautyMNL (good while supplies last) while I got this for Php920.00 at Althea!  So yes, that's a huge tip for you if you wanted to purchase one yourself.

Now let me get down to business.  Is this worth the price I paid for?  Is this different from other affordable concealers I've tried in the past?

I was drawn to the packaging, yes, I've always been a fan of concealers housed in a liquid lipstick type of packaging with a doe foot applicator, in my opinion, this is the best packaging for concealers.  I like it that I don't have to dip my fingers in a pot or have the need to use a separate brush to blend out the product.  

So dear Klairs came up with a Creamy & Natural Fit Concealer and I got myself a shade Natural from checking out online swatches and so far, it was a good decision.

Unblended vs. Blended

Natural has this neutral shade, a shade that would work for both cool and warm undertone.  At first use, I find this to be a bit light on me and I could be wrong in picking this shade worrying that this shade may enhance my dark undereye circles since it lacks the "warmth" that most concealers I use have!

But thankfully, this is called a CREAMY concealer for just one main reason - it is indeed creamy and easy to work with even with dry skin!

I like to apply the product directly from tube to wand straight to my skin - yes, no worries about that since I plan to use this for myself only!

 

Once the product reach in contact with skin, I have a few minutes to move around the concealer and it would set in approximately a minute or more.  I like how easy it is to blend and how it does not enhance the dryness around my undereye area.

How's the coverage?  Well, not as full, I would call this a medium light to medium and if you want heavier/fuller coverage, you may want to try L'Oreal Infallible Full Wear Concealer or an Althea Concealer which I have been raving about because of the inexpensive price tag.

Now why do I like reaching out for this concealer even if coverage isn't as "full" as I'd like this to be?

Well, this concealer does not only cover my undereye circles, it actually brightens the whole eye!  Check out how the concealer in Natural magically evens out the tone of my skin around the eyes and how it made me look like I had 8-10 hours of sleep!  

The effect is not as WOW at first glance like other concealers that covers like a "cement".  This concealer gives that subtle coverage yet taking a step back, you'll see that it does wonder in the most subtle and natural way!

Now I quite understood why this concealer shade has "NATURAL" in its' name too!

I'd pay Php500+ for this concealer but will probably rethink about the Php920.00 that I paid!
