Our new normal is all about good health and a strong immune system. My husband Keith and my son Kyle are two very important people in my life. I want to live a longer life for them. I have always tried to be healthy but being on enhanced community quarantine has only served to further highlight that. I have always had no problem with sleeping early and waking up early.
