A few years back, my brother and I would meet up every single weekend for a month for "home" hunting. It was a "rush" project for us because it was a surprise home for our parents and my brother only had a month vacation to choose the right home.
He is an architect - a VERY good one if I may have to say, he has been working overseas building homes, apartments, commercial units and condominiums! That said, he has high requirements and special taste in finding the ONE.
When I e-met Ms. Heart Evangelista a few days back for the launch of RLC Residences, I understood her really well when she talked about her ideal home because that was exactly how me and my brother felt in finding a good home.

I have seen so many condo units and my complaint would always be: "Waste of Space!". And with the model unit I've seen at RLC Residences, each room was well-planned with natural elements like wood, stone and lighting all blended well together.
Aside from checking on the Condo Unit, it is important to look into the location - it must be central and near from school, work, or places you frequent. There must be also easy access to amenities and safety and security is also number one key feature which RLC Residences have!
Thankfully, RLC Residences understands all the requirements for a very busy and multi-faceted life like Heart and the rest of the Filipinos. I can't wait to check out more of their units in the future and same as Heart, this pandemic has made me rethink of a home as a place NOT ONLY TO SLEEP IN but a place to really connect with the family and create more memories!
