My brother, who is an architect in China wants to stay updated with residences offered here in the Philippines!  I’ve said it a couple of times in my blog about our journey around the Metro looking for a nice place to be called Home and a place for investment!  With a top-notcher Architect Brother on my side (Top20 in the Philippines) whenever we do some oculars, I get some ideas on what to watch out for.

Since RLC Residences was officially launched to the public, I already put this on our list-to-visit when my brother comes home for a visit after the pandemic!

Why Heart Evangelista and I Share the Same "Home" Sentiments

 

A few years back, my brother and I would meet up every single weekend for a month for "home" hunting.  It was a "rush" project for us because it was a surprise home for our parents and my brother only had a month vacation to choose the right home.

 He is an architect - a VERY good one if I may have to say, he has been working overseas building homes, apartments, commercial units and condominiums!  That said, he has high requirements and special taste in finding the ONE.

 When I e-met Ms. Heart Evangelista a few days back for the launch of RLC Residences, I understood her really well when she talked about her ideal home because that was exactly how me and my brother felt in finding a good home.
