How to treat and prevent pimples. How to get perfect-looking skin!

Well, there’s no such thing as magic.  You have to make sure to eat healthy food, drink lots of water, exercise, stress-less, sleep at least 8 hours and lastly have good genes!

Unfortunately, my advice is for people living in the perfect world!  Because of the pandemic, I am sure my advice goes straight to the trash bin!

For someone who has gone through acne and an awkward stage during my teens.  I have seen several dermatologists for my acne and I came to a conclusion that an OTC Acne Pill should be taken along with having a good skincare routine as long as you discuss it with your health care professionals!  It also helps if you’ve done research and take medication as instructed.

Late last year, I blogged about Lactezin as an anti-acne solution.  I’ve talked about how my husband was suffering from constant breakouts so I obviously gave a box of Lactezin to him and here’s the update you guys have been waiting for!

Description of photo: Lactezin is a clinically-tested over-the-counter drug, which uses a natural antibacterial active ingredient Lactoferrin combined with Vitamin E and Zinc to help lessen pimples and give clear skin in as early as 2 weeks when taken 2x daily.

Lactezin is a clinically-tested over-the-counter drug, which uses a natural antibacterial active ingredient Lactoferrin combined with Vitamin E and Zinc to help treat and prevent pimples and give clear skin in as early as 2 weeks when taken 2x daily. Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which help fight the effects of free radicals in our bodies and is important for our skin health. Zinc also has oil-regulating properties which can help reduce the amount of natural oil our skin produces, which may prevent pores from clogging in the first place.

My husband started taking Lactezin the moment I blogged about it which was December, 2020.  He started taking 1 capsule a day for 1 week (just to be sure that his body gets used to it!)  - I know, there’s no medical explanation for that since we are on Lockdown so we prefer to do things slowly.

After a full week of taking Lactezin once a day, he proceeded taking 2 tablets the weeks after (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).

As a professional researcher (yes, that is my main job!)  It is normal for the wife to do a lot of research before he takes anything.  I told him the expectation of cases where pimples appear in the first 2 weeks of Lactezin intake.  Thankfully, in his case, his pimples didn’t add up but it did not disappear the first 2 weeks.  He did not notice any changes in his weight, appetite, skin, etc.

An obvious change happened in the full month of taking Lactezin.  My husband has oily skin on the outside underlying extremely dry skin when touched.  I noticed a smoother skin (I can attest to that as I know his skin more than he does!)  He does not break out as much as before and you can see disappearance on some of his pimple marks!

After finishing a whole box of 100 capsules, I can really see results on how his skin looks better and how he doesn’t have to worry about constant breakouts.

I highly recommend my husband, and ANYONE taking Lactezin to continue taking 2 tablets daily even if the desired skin condition was achieved to help treat and prevent pimples! And of course, it helps to sleep early, get enough rest and sleep, drink lots of water and eat healthy food.

Lactoferrin + d-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate + Zinc (Lactezin) is available in all leading drugstores nationwide for Php27.00 per capsule. You may also purchase online through Lazada and Shopee. For more information visit https://lactezin.com/
