Happy Mother's Day with Trufa Pasta Bar and Kumori

 

Mother's day is such a special day for me because I get to celebrate with my 2 moms --- my mom, and mom-in-law.

I always make it a point to visit both moms on their special day and buy them food as we bond over it together with some story-telling.

This year, since it is technically NOT the end of pandemic yet, I've decided to bring food to both my moms and chat with them instead of dining with them to protect them.  Because our language of love has always been food-gifting, receiving food as gifts meant so much to me this Mother's day!

Trufa Pasta Bar sent me their bestselling Mom Bundle - 

Coca De Jamon Y Arugula Pizza and Spinach Pesto Lasagna!

It comes with a nice bouquet of flower and scented candle!  

Kumori also sent me their limited edition Mother's Day cake called Mango Tango.

The Mango Tango is a three layered classic mango cake made of soft vanilla sponge, coconut cream mousse, cashew meringue, decadent cream cheese and mango layers!

It is coated with whipped cream and toasted coconut crumbs crowned with Chantilly cream!  

It was a wonderful Mother's Day celebration indeed!
