When I used to work in an office, I carry with me a toothbrush and toothpaste set and I always brush my teeth after lunch and wherever I'm off to an important meeting.
When I started to work from home several years ago, I forgot about the tooth-brushing habit because I'm too comfortable in my pajamas working in front of the computer at the comfort of my room!

As much as I want to bring toothbrush and toothpaste with me, you all know the situation here in the Philippines, there are washrooms that have non-working faucet which lead me to this question: "How can I brush my teeth? Shall I just spit the toothpaste and leave with bubbly teeth?" #yuck !
