I purchased a lot of Boneless Chicken Thigh because my son loves to eat chicken (Fried to be exact!). But since I want to have variety of recipes making sure he eats not only fried food, I've decided to create a chicken dish both adults and kids would enjoy!
Chicken Teriyaki!
Ingredients:
- Soy Sauce
- Water
- Brown Sugar
- Chopped Garlic
- Sesame Oil
- Honey
- Rice Vinegar/Apple Cider Vinegar
- Ginger
- Cornstarch
- Boneless chicken thigh or breast chopped in cubes
- Oil for cooking
- Spring onion (optional)
- sesame seeds (optional)
