Revlon Colorstay Base and Top Coat Review

Hi everyone!
I am here wide awake at almost 2:30am LA time while it is 5:30pm in Manila.  Kyle just went to bed so I guess I'm left nothing to do but blog.

I have received Revlon's ColorStay base and top coat last year when I was still pregnant so I gave this pair and skipped and waited until I gave birth to try out this combo.  I know I have stopped doing nail art for almost a year (Promise, I'll get back to that) but I did not stop applying nail polish!  With my very busy life as a mom, nail polish chip in less than a week so it was a pleasure for me to try Revlon's newest base and top coat.

AMW Reviews: Zenutrients Blueberry, Vanilla, Milk & Caramel

I seldom review or talk about soaps as I tend to use mostly body washes or in my very dry skin state, I prefer DOVE soaps!  Thanks to Sampleroom I get to try other soap brands especially ones made locally called Zenutrients.

I brought with me Zenutrients Blueberry, Vanilla, Milk & Caramel soap on my US Trip I had this feeling this soap will be extra moisturizing for my skin especially on a cold weather like San Francisco!  I'm ready to share my thoughts on this soap who traveled all the way to the US with me!

Tip for the Day: Travel with Baby

Happy Tuesday AMW Friends!
I'm right here, sitting in my friend's dining room enjoying a cup of Decaf on a cold weather!  The weather is really nice and cool here in San Francisco and I can't believe a week has passed and the AMW family is heading off to Los Angeles early morning!

A lot of my friends and readers who have babies are emailing me to ask how it is to travel with a baby!  Seriously speaking, this is one of the most challenging (and tiring) trip me and Mr. AMW encountered, but of course, I'm glad a bit of research and a lot of "mother's instincts" helped us in making this trip a tad bit smoother for both us and the baby! 

I'm sure there are more tips along the way but while it is still fresh on my mind, I'm definitely sharing some of the really effective tips and tricks I've done that worked!

Pack a separate bag for all baby essentials

I originally planned to carry only 2 bags for all our stuff, good thing I've decided to pack a 'smaller' check-in luggage bag and filled it all up with baby essentials!  Seriously, for such a tiny person, they get LOADS of stuff to bring!  

Don't hesitate to bring day and night clothes!  Always check the weather before you leave and make sure to keep your baby warm on a country with colder season.  What I do is that I separate tops and bottoms, bring a LOT of diapers and baby bottles.  As for the smaller items like socks, bibs and towels, I separate them in Zip Lock bags so it will be easier for us to grab the items we need without rummaging through a huge luggage for a small item!

AMW Reviews: Colour Collection Lip Therapy

Hi AMW friends!
I'm now sitting comfortably at my friend's dining area at 4:10pm Manila Time  but 1:10am California time!  If you ask me if we settled in comfortably enough?  Yes and No.  Yes we're pretty much comfortable with the places we stay but NO our body clock is messed up! 

Just so some of you may not get bored with my US trip report, I've decided to share my most recent Lip Therapy which I've been loving so far from Colour Collection.  The Colour Collection Lip Therapy is Bianca Valerio's favorite lip balm as of the moment and after using this for more than a week (especially here where it's cold and dry), I very happy to share my thoughts on this!

Housed in a white and gold packaging making this look like a regular lipstick rather than a lip balm!

SanFo Travel Report: Alcatraz Island Tour for Criminally Sexy Party with Benefit

I'm checking out St. Regis Hotel today, I will definitely miss this hotel, the great service, the friendly staffs and the perfect location to walk around day and night!  I am not saying goodbye to San Francisco though as my friend is picking us up and we're heading to San Bruno and we will stay with them for a couple of days!  I haven't really done any Tourist-y stuff with Mr. AMW and Baby AMW so I'm definitely NOT saying goodbye to San Francisco!  With the help of my friend, we managed to book a day tour via groupon site!  Will share more about our tour after Friday!

Today, I am sharing what happened to our Criminally Sexy party!  If you think flying Press People and Makeup artists from around 40 countries is cool, wait 'til you hear where they are taking us for a party! 

At Alcatraz Island!  Yes, ALCATRAZ!  Same as you, I had goosebumps all over when it was mentioned that the "night" party will be happening there!  Seriously, how could a depressing place like Alcatraz be an "It place" for party?  Well, Benefit Cosmetics USA team made it happen!

After a 15 minute boat ride, we finally arrived the island with Maggie and Annie welcoming us!  The island definitely doesn't look depressing at all with huge pink Benefit Cosmetics backdrop and friendly smiles from all the staffs!
