Last week, because of my extremely busy schedule, I didn't get to go to the supermarket for our monthly grocery! So what's left in the fridge? A big blob of pork loin which I ordered from the lady here in the area! As much as I was tempted to do Pork Chop or any fried dishes, I decided to go for something healthier.
Pork Salpicao
Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin chopped in cubes.
- Chopped garlic
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Liquid Seasoning
- Oyster Sauce
- Button Mushrooms sliced in very thin slices.
