The Unsung Hero: FitFlop

Ohh, I haven't blog about The Unsung Hero for quite some time and I guess today is the right time to rekindle The Unsung Hero Series! :)  

My love for comfortable footwear has always been around which explains why I do not randomly purchase gorgeous looking shoes even if they were on sale!  And the wonderful part about being married to Mr. AMW (aside from him being supportive and all), I am also married to a family whom I can greatly connect to! 
Over the months, I've seen wonderful pairs of FitFlop right in front of me and I have never really mind them until one day I asked my mom-in-law: "Are these FitFlop sandals really as comfortable as they say?" 

Judging by the number of FitFlop pairs we have at home, you probably know the answer to the above question by now!

The answer is as simple as "N-O" NO! :)
FitFlop are worth the price I would say as the pairs you see above have been with us for a couple of months and they still look as good as new!  Not much wearing nor tearing.


P.S. We purchased our FitFlop pairs at The Duty Free Shop Philippines.  So I do  not have the exact price of each pair!  FitFlop price ranges around Php3,500 to Php4,500.

    I've heard about this for a while but flip flops in general aren't too healthy for the ankle, some of these looks pretty though

      oh no! really? Thanks for sharing, I need to research about it, they don't feel unhealthy for the ankle though, they felt sooo comfortable!

    i like fitflops. but i don't like all the flowery designs. i just like the simple one with a logo in the middle.

      around 4,000 I think? These pairs were bought from The Duty Free Shop so it's a tiny bit cheaper :D

    Big time lau ee dami mong Fitflops haha! I bought a black Electra one and I'm soooo happy with it I want to buy more. Cheaper in the US, got mine for US$60. :)

    I have the electra in black and I'm loving it so far (2-week old)! I hope it solves my back problems, and it was a reco from an orthopedic so I'm confident that it's healthy for my feet. :)

      so far, my mom-in-law told me it really helps! (as she has problems with sandals or shoes that aren't comfy)

    I love my pair of FitFlops! Funny though I just keep forgetting what they're called. Hahaha. Sometimes I call them FlipFlops or worse even Flitflops! LOL. But these things are the best! I can walk great distances all day and my feet won't get sore. I hope it's true that wearing it will tone your legs coz if that's the case, I'm gonna wear it all year round! :)

    OMG! I have so many pairs! Fit Flops are also recommended by my orthopedic surgeon and physiotherapist!! A winner!

    I didn't think these would be comfortable because they were so stiff when new. My mum gave me her pair of FitFlops (the Electra in dark brown) and it was amazingly comfortable. And it looks great!
    Now if only I can get someone to wear in a new one for me 'cos I have my eyes on the sandals with the strap around the ankles! :P
