"What do you do to survive the crazy summer heat?"
ReplyDeleteYes, you're right, the summer heat is really crazy! And to survive it I make sure that I always put on sunblock and moisturizer to protect my skin from the harmful rays of the sun. I also make sure that I drink an adequate amount of water so I don't dehydrate. Drinking fruit shakes also lets me survive this year's summer :)

"What do you do to survive the crazy summer heat?"
ReplyDeleteTo survive the summer heat, i stayed at home during weekends.. Drink a lot of water (with cucumber and ice = so refreshing), during weekdays, i have to commute daily so i have to use lotion with SPF to protect my skin from harmful UV rays, also it was advisable to put moisturizer with spf in your face (to minimize wrinkles) because sun rays can really damage our skin.. also, dont forget your umbrellas when going out (doing errands - grocery, going to church etc..)

It's just freaking hot here in our country these days! What I do to cool down is take a cold shower a couple of times everyday, drink lots and lots of water and always have the fan turned on. If I go out I use lotion, lipbalm with SPF and a pair of shades to protect myself from the harmful UV rays of the sun but I rarely get out of the house now.

It's really insanely hot these days. To help me cool down, I drink lots of water and ice-cold fruit drinks, and I take a shower twice a day. Also, I usually stay at home. When I go out, I bring an umbrella, put on sunscreen, and wear cool, comfy clothes.

It's a very different summer this year compared to the past years. The heat is so intense so I make sure that I hydrate myself by drinking lots of water everyday. I also use sunblock for my face and body to protect my skin from harmful rays of the sun. Wearing pastel colors / light colored clothes is very helpful since dark colors absorbs the heat more. When I step out of my house, I wear long sleeves sometimes to protect my skin more.
Thank you Ms. Nikki! :)

ReplyDeleteThe summer heat is really scorching hot nowadays. To survive the summer heat, I make it a habit to drink more than 8 glasses of water a day to keep my body hydrated. To keep my skin protected, I use lotions with spf for the face and body. I also bring umbrella and shades when going outside. I'm not that much exposed to sun though because I'm always inside the office.

to beat the summer, i drink plenty of water, use sunblock and dip in the beach! its the best getaway!
I indulge in cold treats. I remind myself of the nice things people can do during summer and what I don't like (floods) during the stormy season.

Simple. I just make sure to carry a fan and bottle of water with me. I also avoid going out between 1oAM-4PM because the sun is at its hottest during this time of the day.

If I'm at home, I try to drink as much fluids as I can. I also take a bath twice a day from our deep well, since the water there is colder than nawasa :).
I also try to stay indoors and sometimes in malls around 10am-3pm where the temperature is highest.
