I Wonder: How Do You Relax At Night?

Hi AMW Friends! :)
The title is fitting as it's nearing the weekend and I'm sure a lot of you are going to a "relax mode" as early as now!  BUT, I was up and thinking about relaxing at night because I lose quite a number of sleep when I got pregnant and I was told by my friends that I'm the only pregnant woman they know who gets the least sleep in the whole pregnancy! 

So true!  It must be a practice for "soon to be moms" to sleep lesser at night as when the baby comes and cries all night, I guess, I'm one hell of an owl! :P

Since I'm up all night, a simple question has been bugging me that I want to get answers from you!  I mean, I'm not the only one who has trouble sleeping at night, my mom-in-law has the same problem and she sometimes, desperately goes for the sleeping pill route!  As for me, I went for the natural way...the lavender way.

I remembered having my monthly massage at a spa back in China and I always request for Lavender scent as it relaxing me so much I always get to sleep in less than 30 minutes!  So off I went to try the MJ's Herbals Lavender E Salve, I blogged about this product a year ago and I actually used it for a good month and stopped using it as soon as I learned I got pregnant!

As for me, it didn't put me to sleep in an instant but the scent definitely relaxes me!  I believe at the end of the day, it is the scent that an individual's body react to that could put a person to sleep or in relaxation! 

That's why I've finally came up to asking everyone this I Wonder question for the week ---
"How Do you Relax at Night?"

Counting sheep is not accepted here okay?  *hahaha*

  1. haha~ I don't relax at night, I get so tired during the day time so at night I just need my pillow :P

  2. I have Russel Peters' shows saved on my phone. So, I watch it every night until I fall asleep. hehe
