AMW Reviews: Banila Co It Radiant CC Cream

Happy Friday!
I am so excited to share my first Banilo Co product review and it's none other than the "It Radiant" CC Cream!  I've seen Youtube videos from Taiwan and Korea showing lots of love for this particular CC Cream!

I got a sample of this and used this more than 2 weeks!  I am ready to share my thoughts and hope you share yours if you get the chance to try this particular brand of BB cream yourself! :)

Banila Co says ---
  • Enhanced moisturising  with Echo Herb Water Complex.
  • Gives smooth coverage even for skin bumps and wrinkles.
  • Transparent radiant capsules for natural brightening, naturally vivid and sleek skin.
  • Contains 30ml  and suitable to all skin types.
  • Making stable and natural skin tone with decent moisturising
  • Fine skin tone correcting to enhance light reflection
  • Making silky skin with vivid colour changing

AMW says ---
Pros
  • Comes with SPF30 PA++
  • Smooth texture.
  • Very easy to blend.
  • Moisturizing.
  • Skin appears more radiant immediately after application.
  • Lightweight, non-greasy.
  • Makeup stays longer with this CC cream underneath.  This also works as a nice face primer.
Cons
  •  A bit pricier than other Asian CC creams considering this comes in 30g only.
Neutral
  • Not much coverage.  Again, this product is meant to be used to create "radiance" and keep the skin hydrated, this does not have the coverage that most BB creams or Foundations give.
  • Not widely available in the local market.
Overall
The Banila Co It Radiant CC Cream reminds me of my favorite Benefit That Gal with added benefits.  This CC cream is meant to be used as a whitening, moisturizering and color control base, there is not much coverage as compared to BB creams.  The product has a nice hint of flower scent that disappears after application.  Skin looks soft, radiant and hydrated immediately after every application.

Tips
  • If extra coverage is needed, apply your favorite BB cream or liquid foundation on top of the Banila Co CC Cream.
  • In a hurry?  Mix Banila Co It Radiant CC Cream with your favorite liquid foundation.
  • I prefer to use my clean fingers in CC cream application.
  • After application, give a bit of time for the CC cream to "set" before proceeding to the next makeup steps!
Will I repurchase?
Yes.

To whom do I recommend this to?
This CC Cream is best suited for girls who like the "glow" without the oily look.  The shade would suit fair to medium skin color.

Where to purchase and how much?
Available locally at BeautyCornerPH for Php1,450.00 (approx $33.00)

Banila Co It Radiant CC Cream
Has a hint of pinkish tone giving a luminous, radiant glow.

Applied all over my hand.  The back of my hand looks fairer and "brighter".

AMW Banila Co CC Cream application technique
Same as how they teach on Get It Beauty (Korean beauty show), they dab several dots on key areas and gently blend the product for an even finish.

 Before and After
As seen, the coverage is minimal but my skin looks more even and radiant (in person).  Some of the redness were minimized and dryness disappeared.

The effect looks like before and after picture from www.glymedplus.com *hahaha*

  1. Sounds like a really promising product. I am considering buying this product if I get my blemishes to die down a bit. :)

    1. Good idea, it is nice to use this if your skin is in good condition :) Though with blemish, you can still use this as this is just a base, you can always conceal with a concealer or foundation.
