Happy Monday AMW friends!
I had a wonderful busy weekend! How was yours?
I had a wonderful busy weekend! How was yours?
Today, I will be sharing a paint shadow from Estee Lauder. I haven't really explored much on the eyes for months now as I've been very comfortable with whatever I have! Urban Decay Primer Potion has always been my number 1 eye primer while it's inexpensive counterpart is still Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer.
As for cream shadow base, I have my favorite MAC paintpots, Bobbi Brown Cream Shadows and a couple of shadow pencils! Who would've thought after exploring Rustan's, I saw a tiny wonder from Estee Lauder counter?
Estee Lauder Pure Color Stay-On Shadow Paint
Shade: Halo
I always prefer to try natural colored paints as they are easier to work with especially for starters!
Estee Lauder says ---
Go from smoky to wildly intense with non-stop shadows lit with shimmer.
Pure pigments in a creamy shadow. Light-emitting dimensional pearls
create shimmer to high-metallic finishes. Finger paint it onto lids.
Glides on quickly, wears infinitely—all day. 12-hour wear. Crease-free.
Won’t fade.

Pros
- Glass pot.
- Creamier in texture. Very easy to blend.
- Can help eyeshadow stay longer.
- Shadows look more vibrant.
- Does not crease on me.
- Halo gives my lid an instant "lift".
- Can be worn alone or applied underneath your choice of eyeshadow.
- Halo can double up as a skin brightener.
- If you prefer matte, the extra sparkles may not be your thing.
- Price.
Easy to glide on lid using fingertips or brush as it has a mousse-like texture. Eyeshadow appears more vibrant and stays at least 2 hours longer than usual.
Tips
- Work fast using your fingertips for lighter shades and better to use a brush for more precision if you opted for darker shades.
- Store in cool, dry place.
- Don't worry about the "uneven" "bubbly" look upon purchase due to high temperature here in our country.
- If you have extremely oily lids, use your favorite oil-control eye primer underneath and use this as an eyeshadow or a "tool" to create vibrant shadow looks!
- Halo can be used as a face highlighter, apply a tiny amount on your cheek bones with a dabbing motion.
- Store product in cool, dry place.
- Instead of dipping your fingers directly onto the pot, use a brush or spatula to prevent contamination.
Yes.
To whom do I recommend this to?
Eyeshadow wearers who prefers to use a cream shadow underneath. Works better on users with dry or normal lids.
Where to purchase and how much?
At local Estee Lauder counters priced at Php 1,250.00 (approx $28.00).

Swatch on arm: Halo
I prefer to use my ring finger in application.
This gives an almost natural effect with a tiny hint of sparkles.
Eyes appear brighter wearing only Halo.

Do you think creating bright eyes is something you would like to achieve?
