Unboxing: BDJ July 2015 Prepped and Polished Box

As some of you may go "Hohum" on the previous BDJ boxes, my heart gave a skip on this month's PREPPED and POLISHED Box!  The name says it all!  Who doesn't like to look prepared and polished wherever we go?  I know I do!  As I seem not to sport that look nowadays with all the crazy schedule!  

What I like about this month's box how diverse the brands they included here.  But all of them have the same purpose --- to make us feel good both in and out.

Let us start with the most "obvious" product/s in the box!  It just came out of the market and you've probably seen ads on all social media!  And yes, BDJ Box subscribers, you get to try them immediately!

Dove Oxygen and Nourishment Shampoo and Conditioner

Before receiving this from BDJ Box, I already used this because Dove sent me this pair a month ago! I haven't put up a decent review yet but I can share to you my initial thoughts!  This pair promises to give you 95% of volume, unfortunately, for someone with "chemically-straightened hair", you won't see it happening!  The good thing though is, your hair won't feel limp or flat, I don't see 50% of volume but at least my hair didn't fall flat!  Good enough!

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bars

Full size: Php441.00 

You get 3 sample sized bars but still good enough!  I like to keep these soaps and take with me on short trips!  I know hotel soaps are nice but at times, you need a gentle cleanser on hand.

Benefit They're Real Beyond Mascara

Even for a sample size, you'll love how you get a full-sized brush inside making it easy to test if the product will work for you or not!  I have made a full review on this mascara HERE.

Canmake Nail Polish

I'm not sure if this small baby is a full-sized bottle but I'm happy to get this cute summer green shade!  I haven't tried any Canmake polish so I'm looking forward to try this!

Carmex Tube Lip Balm and Carmex Click Stick Balm

You get both full sized Carmex Lip products!  I love the "tube" version as I use them to prep my clients' lips!  Men don't feel scared to put on lip balm too as the packaging isn't too girly!

Celeteque Cleansing Oil

I have actually finished up a tester bottle (like photographed below) in the past and overall, the texture does not feel like oil but more of water!  It removes almost all makeup except those hard-to remove mascaras and liners!  The product is not bad considering the price and how it doesn't blur out my vision on each use.

FS Luscious Lipstick

The color is absolutely pretty and I can't wait to wear this and show you guys the shade!  Surprisingly, the lippie is rich in pigment and you see what you get!  I am not sure how long-lasting this is as I need to test this out!

V 10 Plus Serum

Pricey right?  So aren't we glad they have samples given out?  I've seen V 10 Plus way back in Hong Kong!  They are a huge hit!  They are almost always located at the "most visible" key areas on skincare section!  So this really excites me to know that they are available here!  I won't be able to make full reviews because as you all know, I can NEVER give in-depth review on sachet samples :)

Overall, I am quite impressed with this box!  I know this box is supposed to contain multi-tasking products --- well they do!  Think of the Dove shampoo and conditioner wherein you can actually skip blowdrying your hair if you have don't have chemically treated hair like I do!  Or the Celeteque cleansing oil that removes make up and moisturizes your skin at the same time!  If I may add, the FS Luscious lipstick can also be used as blush because the color is just so pretty!

I can't wait to see what August has in store for us!
