Bata Shoes for the Family

For a super busy individual (yes, I use the term individual as Mom and Blogger is just 2 of the many hats I wear on a daily basis!)  Buying gifts during the holiday rush is one of my least favorite activity!   As much as I love shopping, I do most shopping online because I just dislike the crowd!

But some things are meant to be seen and touched especially if you want to buy something extra special for your loved ones!  So I found a store that can actually satisfy the "Family List"!

I took rounds inside the Bata Philippines Store at SM Makati and took notes on the perfect gift ideas for each family member, of course, these are just my suggestions, you can always mix-and-match based from their personality and likes!

For Moms

Moms do not have to look like they are meant to stay at home, for me, moms should always look fab because that's how I think every MOTHERS are --- FABULOUS!

So the New Arrivals display of  bags and shoes are my gift-suggestions for the special woman in our lives!






But of course, if your mom is the type who can't wait on heels, there are comfortable shoes and flats I totally recommend!   (and when you read TOTALLY, read it like how Paris Hilton would pronounce it!)

For Dads

Depends on your dad's personality!  If you think your dad needs something for work, you may look into these leather shoes which aren't expensive considering they are made from real leather!  The price range is around Php9,000-Php12,000.

But if your dad wanted something more relaxed and informal, you may opt for these.

For the Big Brother

You know how some big bros look up to their dad's fashion and try to follow them?  Well, these cute pastel-colored shoes are a nice version of what your dad usually would wear!  Well, guess what?  If your dad is the cool dad who still looks as young as his heart feels, your dad and bro may do a bit of fashion Twinning with these wonderful pairs.

And if he is a sporty-type, you may opt for rubber shoes!

For the Big Sister

The big sister could still be in school or starting work anytime soon!  Or maybe, she has been in the corporate for quite some time so it's time to help upgrade her footwear!

and more comfortable styles perfect for weekends.

For the Li'l Bro and Sis

And of course, I took my personal favorite out of the wonderful bunch!  I Just can't decide!

These rubber shoes are so fashionable yet comfortable to wear!  These are priced less than Php3,500.00 a pair!

These comfy flats that I used to wear in highschool are making a comeback! 

And there are days you want to be comfortable yet still look classy?  These ribboned-flats are the way to go!  Check out the color choices! 

And for those who loves to travel?  The season calls for ankle-boots!

And my favorite of all, the sling-back kitten heeled shoes!  This nude is so comfortable it can be worn with dresses or as casual as jeans!

And if you have the extra budget, it doesn't hurt to match the color of your shoes with your bag!

Got a pair for Kyle Nash which is priced Php999.000 only!

These are called BubbleGum shoes and they smell so good!  Just like bubblegum!

I got this ribboned rubber flats in Dark Gray!  You have to do the "string" test instead of just getting the shoe size of your loved ones!  The sizes at Bata are a bit different.  I'm usually a size 7 but for this particular design, I'm a size 5!  

Of course, I made sure the Mister is as happy as the mommy and son!  I got him this suede-like shoes and he loved it!  This is his weekend pair!
