Space Adventure at The Mind Museum

When your son live and breathe space since 2 years old, you'll know the Space Adventure at the Mind Museum is a MUST place for him to visit!

Grateful that my dad's situation was better during the weekend of Space Adventure Grand Opening.  After rushing back from my dad's home, I went with my family to the Mind Museum and let me indulge you with Kyle's happiness!

Okay, he didn't look THAT happy in this photo as he was itching to rush to activity after activities and I kinda forced him to take a photo first for remembrance!  hahaha

With a Saturn cap on my head, the mom is also ready to feel the excitement!

Space Adventure: Journey to the Wonders of the Universe is an exhibition conceived and created by The Mind Museum, with the support of exhibit partners Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Neltex, LEGO, and Celestron, Urban Greens, Datem, and Daegu National Science Museum.

Kids from 2 to 102 #lol are all welcomed to embark on an adventure into the wonders of the universe!  I tell you, this is not only for kids but kids-at-heart!

Space Adventure is divided into three areas, beginning with Fantastic Universe

Part of the area is Kyle's favorite, the Geoboard.  He gets to learn about our links to the stars.

Next area is my OUR favorite, Discover Our Solar System!

This is the area where we all get to learn about our neighborhood in space.  The booth were you get to see the Phases of the Moon (sorry no photo as we were enjoying too much as a family!).

Kyle hopped from One Planet to another making sure he did it in order!

He also gets to sit on this huge chair that talks about the "coolest" star of all!  Our Sun!

Kyle gets to hop on different planets and see his weight!
I kinda dislike some planets, I am heavier there!

There are also activities that Kyle enjoyed so much because he gets to show off his skills about the Outer Space!

Phases of the Moon
I have to admit, I kind of cheated and checked on Google if he did it correctly.
Shucks, mas magaling pa si Kyle sa amin!

He also arranges his favorite Dwarf Planets!

And of course, our very own Solar System which he flawlessly finished!

Now I'm inspired to make my own planets because he was so happy my heart was melting!

Last area is Explore Outer Space.

This is the area were kids can pretend to "launch rocket balls" to Mars.  We didn't stay long in this area as Kyle got stuck here!

Well, I'm lying, we all got stuck in this area and had fun shooting balls towards Mars!

As a teacher and a mom, I highly recommend everyone to take time and visit Space Adventure!  Your kids do not have to be a Space Nerd because EVERYONE will get to be playful and learn at the same time without the pressure.

This is one of the best and easiest way to nurture your kid's childhood as they learn and play and best of all?  They get to bond with YOU (Parents) at the same time!

It was one of the best days ever after my dad's stroke episode.  Thank you Lord for giving me the opportunity to be a mom to such wonderful kid!

  1. We were in Manila two months ago and we went to the Mind Museum. My kids loved everything in there. I am glad we took time to visit the place. Highly recommended for families with toddlers and young children.

  2. Mind Museum is a kind of museum that stimulates children's imagination, I love to take my kids to these places rather than letting them hold the phone all day
