Banila Co. Clean It Zero Review

I've had this Banila Co. Clean It Zero for quite some time now, I just had the chance to use this after using up my Micellar Waters.  (Inuubos ko kasi talaga guys!  Mommy-ing mommy eh!)

So I finally gave this a try after reading so many raves online!

AMW says ---

Pros
  • Has a pleasant, floral fragrance that isn't overpowering.
  • Does not get into the eye area like cleansing oils or other liquid cleansers, it emulsifies into a cream-like oil and it doesn't hurt the eyes.
  • Can melt off almost all traces of makeup including waterproof ones.
  • Face feels clean, non-greasy.
  • No breakouts.
  • A small amount goes a long way as it emulsifies really well.

Cons
  • If like me, you're used to cleansing oils, this maybe a bit hassle for you to use since you have to "keep" the separate spatula as dipping straight using your fingers is unhygienic.

Neutral
  • No spills if you plan to travel with this.  Downside is the tub can take up space though.

Overall
An effective "Balm-like" cleanser.  Reminds me so much of The Body Shop one which I love equally.  This is lighter in texture, gel-like and very comforting to use.  Can remove almost all traces of makeup except makeup applied on the waterline.

Tips
  • Best to use a pea size amount if you have light makeup on.
  • Use 2x pea size amount if you have heavier makeup on.
  • Always use the spatula to scoop out product for hygiene purpose.
  • Gently massage the product concentrating more and leaving more on areas that has the most makeup on.  In my case, that's my eye area and instead of wiping off with tissue or cotton, you can be earth-friendly by washing off face directly with lukewarm water.

Will I repurchase?
Yes.

To whom do I recommend this to?
Makeup wearers.  This works for all skin types.

Where to purchase and how much?
At local Banila Co. stores priced at Php945.00

Pink is the Classic one, they have other colors for different needs of the skin.

The packaging is well-sealed.  So you can assure of freshness.
Tip: I actually keep the seal and open only half of it to maintain freshness.

For the sake of photography, I removed the seal and hid it behind the lid.  You get a light pink sherbet kind of texture.  Very easy-to-use and feels soft and smooth on skin.
