How easy it is to apply your face sunblock if it's in cushion form?
It is possible with Laneige! When I was browsing Althea to shop for some unique makeup and skincare items for review, I chanced upon Laneige Marshmallow Sun Cushion.

The packaging is exactly like that of a regular cushion pact. It gets a bit confusing if you have a lot of cushion compact in the dresser. As for me, I can easily spot it as most of my cushion are black in color. It also helps to place them in the "skincare" area. This is the last step to your skincare regimen.
Now you all know I go to the gym, I don't wear makeup when I workout but I wear sunblock! After using up my favorite Esfolio Green Herb Sun Cream, I find myself picking this up a lot even if I am reviewing other brands of face sun cream as well!
Why do I like this? You all know it is very easy to apply your base makeup with a sponge and compact like this. What I love about the Laneige Marhsmallow Sun Cushion is how I can easily grab the appropriate amount of product and gently dab onto my skin and I'll see my skin "lifted" with a natural-looking glow.
If you press the sponge onto the dispenser, you'll get this amount which will cover 1 cheek. It is best to apply evenly.
To promote best absorption, it is best to apply with patting motion, you'll feel the "marshmallow" texture of the sunscreen gently "melt" from the heat of your skin. It just gives a nice glow from within effect, this feels and looks like you're applying BB or CC cream but you're technically applying a sunscreen product that looks and smells so good!
On to the downside, it is a bit pricey considering you can only use this for the face area. Another thing is that I find myself finish this product faster than tube sunscreen. But come to think of it, I can do a bit of sacrifices on the price department because this is the best sunscreen for our weather today! This is my favorite sunscreen to use because it has a cooling sensation during application PLUS it is very lightweight and non-greasy to look at. Best of all, my skin is glowing like I have the best skin in the world!

I used to make my own cushion sunscreen by refilling my used up cushion pact cases with sunscreen. But it was kind of tedious; since I don't put any preservatives in my DIY sunscreen, I have to keep cleaning the case, cushion, and puff, and refill them with sunscreen again -- I used to do this weekly. This Laneige sun cushion, albeit a little more expensive than usual, is so much more convenient to use. I like to use this to reapply my sunscreen when I am out of the house. I can also reapply over makeup, without messing up the makeup underneath. And yes, it does have a cooling sensation. The only downside I can think of for this product is that it gives quite a white cast. You could easily blend it out though, but I would avoid this on days with events where flash photography is present. But for everyday use, this is a great product.
