Tony Moly Piglet Pink Blusher 02 Review

When I last visited Tony Moly store at SM North EDSA, I immediately spotted a cute Piglet Blusher for 2019 and without any thoughts, went for it!

I'm glad I did!

These cute Piglet blushers gives a soft but vivid color expression on the cheeks and covers up unwanted sebum. Contains oil essence that has good adhesion and lasts long with one touch.

As I was looking at the Blusher, I was thinking: "Where's the pig?"
Now, it was a pleasant surprise that I don't get a pig's face but a pig's cute bum!

That's when I noticed that 01 Red Pig has the face while 02 Shy Pig has the bum because it is well, ahm...shy?  Shy to show his face but okay to show his bum -- beats me! :P

I swatched both in store and found 02 to be "less pink" so I went for that!  I also like the extra shimmer it gives that is not glittery but just plain natural to look at!

Check out my swatch!

Here's a look on 2 swipes!  Just pretty and natural-looking right?

Before and After

Here's what I would like to share after using this product for almost a month!
The product is pigmented just right, I can't say it's very pigmented as the effect is leaning on to the natural-glowing side.  I like it that the texture is smooth and easy-to-use.  Application won't be patchy because it is just soft and buttery to apply.  It pains me that the heart and pig's bum will be gone in my constant use but hey, the effect is better on my cheeks that on pan!

As for longevity, re-application is needed midday especially if you have oily skin, as for me (natural/dry combination), I can get away without retouching for almost 5-6 hours.  Not bad!

I just wish they will come up with more shades with similarly effect blush.  The 2 I swatched are almost similar to each other so buying 1 is enough!  I may get the other one just for the sake of "collection", because owning just the pig's bum will never be enough!  I need the cute face too!

How do you like Tony Moly's Piglet Pink Blusher?
