Cathy Doll Power On L-Glutathione Ampoule Review

When Glutathione was really a craze years ago, I was just sitting at a corner of the "Beauty Room" sticking to my most normal skincare regimen --- my trustee facial wash and my trustee moisturizer which does not have any other added function except - to hydrate my skin.

Fast forward to today, when Glutathione "anything" is widely accept, I felt like a toddler, just starting out getting to know all about the benefits of Glutathione --- both for internal and external funcion.

If I receive such product, I'll probably throw it straight to my mom-in-law who's really not afraid to try out anything when it comes to skincare as she doesn't have sensitive skin like I do!  But after constant research, this product has been around since 2014 or even earlier!  

The Cathy Doll Power On L-Glutathione Ampoule isn't actually a new product but there was a bit of overhaul in terms of packaging and even Brand Logo!

After trying this out for 24 hours at the backside of my ear and arms, I gave it a go and applied it all over my face!

I haven't really use this for long because I own only a small bottle - too small I had a hard time looking for it in my dresser table BUT, small enough to work as a tester which is also good if you don't want to spend a lot for a full sized product you are unsure if it is effective enough!

For the brand, I am sure there are so many reasons why they packed this in such tiny ampoule bottle --- must retain freshness of the product probably?  I'll talk more about this soon as of now, enjoy the cuteness of the bottle!

Pros

• Since this is approx 5ml of product, you get to try if the product works for you without investing on huge bottle.
• The product comes with main ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid which helps in skin conditioning.
• Has L-Glutathione which is a known ingredient to help prevent skin damage from UV rays and improve the tone of the skin.
• Non-greasy, felt like you are applying water.
• It gets absorbed into skin quickly and does not leave a sticky or heavy feel.
• No allergic reactions.  
• Lightens up certain spots like redness (from small pimple marks!).  I felt the effect will show better with continued use.
• I do spot treatment, meaning, I concentrated on applying more on areas that are uneven in tone and have obvious spots!

Cons

• Huge carton packaging and the product is housed in a super small bottle.  If they want description of the product to be included, maybe a paper inside or something?

Overall
This is a great product if you really love to use Glutathione as part of your skincare regimen.  I find this small bottle is enough for maximum of 3 uses depending on how much you use for your skin.  This gives a brightening effect after finishing a bottle and I find some random red spots were lightened.

Tips

• Best to be applied after cleansed face.
• I like to start by testing the product first at the back of your ears or sides of your face just to make sure no signs of allergic reactions occur.
• Apply at least 2 drops and gently pat starting at the areas of your face that needed more product.  I add another drop for the rest of my face and neck.
• I use patting and massaging motion during application to maintain skin elasticity.  The massage will help blood flow thus will also make your skin appear brighter and more luminous.
• Best to store in cool and dry place.  
• Make sure to use SPF/Sunscreen whenever you use such product.

Will I repurchase?
Yes.

To whom do I recommend this to?
Anyone who likes to even out their skin and lighten spots and redness.

The dropper works and can actually grab a good amount of product.

I did say the product felt like water during application but I may add that it is a tad bit thicker than water.

Patting motion is the way to go to prevent further friction during application.  Look how my skin glows immediately after application!  It has a nice "film" which gives out that glossy finish.

I find this is a great product to try if you don't want to invest a lot on skincare products that works.  This works but I think the best way to see results is to continuously use the product at least 3-4 weeks!  I can't fully tell you the real results since I only finished up 1 ampoule.   But the experience was nice because it is most important for me that I don't have allergic reactions to skin care products.
