I will be sharing a new recipe, the most tedious I’ve done to make! There wasn’t a lot of techniques going on but more of chopping of ingredients and making sure each ingredient are cooked correctly.
Here’s what you need —-
- Pad Thai noodles/Rice noodles
- Onion/Shallot
- 4 Garlic Gloves
- 2-3 Eggs
- Firm Tofu sliced in cubes
- Chicken Thigh fillet
- Shrimps
- Salt and Pepper
- Beansprouts
- Peanuts
- Lime
- Chives
For Pad Thai Sauce
- Fish Sauce
- Tamarind Paste
- Soy Sauce
- Sugar
- Honey
