Peanut Butter and Choco Chip Cake Recipe

You've probably seen my series of "bonding time over Maya"with my son and I'm quite sad that this is the fourth and last recipe Maya sent me!  But fret not, I will definitely continue the fun Mommy-Son bonding because it is one of the BEST fun yet educational activity I've done with him!  Fellow mommies, it is the best way to teach your children to follow instructions, name ingredients and be responsible enough to clean up with you afterwards! 

All 4 recipes done using Maya ingredients are ALL fun but I found this last one, the Peanut Butter and Choco Chip Cake to be my favorite!  I guess, it has a lot of "mixing" to do and my son likes it!

Oatmeal Honey Cookies Recipe --- So Easy To Do!

I love Oatmeal Honey Cookies!  I remember buying them and devouring them in a day or two!  So when I started my baking journey with Maya (thanks Maya for sending me easy-to-follow recipes) and my Strawberry Cupcakes with Easy Vanilla Buttermilk Cream was a huge success, I got the confidence to create my own Oatmeal Honey Cookies!

The result?

Not bad huh?  For someone always on a rush and is looking for quick and easy recipes, this one passed my "easy" standard (trust me on this one!) and the best part?  Kyle had a wonderful time doing his own cooking show again!

Strawberry Cupcakes with Easy Vanilla Buttercream Recipe

If you type in #AMWCooks on Instagram, you'll notice I haven't done anything "baked".  I guess it's because I have a brother who is an AWESOME baker I just leave the "Baker Crown" to him!

But when I was gifted a Maya gift pack with easy-to-follow recipes a couple of weeks ago, I knew I had to give this recipe a try because I love eating muffins and I really want to get my hands dirty in creating my own cupcakes!  (If I love to eat cupcakes, I may as well learn to make it right?)

For a first-timer, these came out not bad right?
