Watsons Great White Sale and Participating Brands!

My first even for the year 2016 is for Watsons!  I love Watsons so much I can't decline an invite even if I had to drag my lazy bum to Podium!   Yes, because I'm a loyal Watsons shopper.

Can anyone tell me how long they can stay inside a Watsons Store?

Now what is Watsons Great White Sale and what is it all about?  As the name states, all "Whitening-related" products are on sale to help us jumpstart a "brighter" New Year!  I've said this a lot of times over the blog, I may not be a fan of "whitening my complexion" because I am already fair to begin with, I find myself going to the "whitening aisle" because I want to achieve brighter and more even complexion.  I can't help but notice random dark spots on my knees and elbows from staying on the floor crawling and playing with my son!

Based from personal experience, a BIG YES!
 When Kyle was still a few months old, I made sure to have soft music played wherever he goes!  From nature sounds to alphabet, phonics and songs for kids.  I never thought it would give a big effect to my son's learning but I just give it a go because hey, the mom's a music lover and there's no harm in having a background music right?

Then during our Discovery Suites Ortigas Staycation last year,  we visited the "Play Area" of the hotel and felt it was deafening because there wasn't anyone inside except us plus there weren't any of those pipe-in music!  The husband decided to play videos of kiddie songs from YouTube using his phone and we were surprised on how Kyle immediately reacted to each of the songs he listen to! 

Ex. The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round - he happily turns round and round and round until the music stops.
ABC song - he looks up and follows the ABC printed on the wall.
5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed - he starts jumping around.
Finger family song - he holds on to each of his finger close to his face and mimics the song.

Something New: Mary Kay Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush and Foaming Cleanser in PURPLE!

Do you still remember my initial thoughts on the Mary Kay's newest Skinvigorate Cleansing Brush?  I have been constantly using it for the past year at least once a week especially on days that I put on heavy makeup!  It really does the job in removing ALL traces of makeup plus dirt and grime!  And the best part for dry skin out there?  It doesn't dry out my skin as I expected!  

It is the fact that the product comes with 2 settings, I always use the low setting because I also have thin and sensitive skin (as opposed to my thick-faced nature!  LOL)  And I always follow with a heavy cream at night when I go to bed to re-hydrate my skin from all the lost moisture.
