Look Good, Feel Good #KaneboPink

I strive to look good and feel good inside EVERY SINGLE DAY.
That's why I may have only a couple of hours sleep a day, my legs hurt from all the driving but I can still smile like this.....

because in my heart, I am at my happiest and peaceful state.  And I want to share that blessing of mine to the people who needs to Look Good, Feel Good too!

But first, let me tell you what #KaneboPink is and what this campaign is all about.

During this campaign period (October), beauty conunsellors at Kanebo Counters wear pink ribbon badges and promote the campaign and help raise awareness on how women should start breast self-exam TODAY for early detection and treatment.

So when I learned about Kanebo Look Good, Feel Good workshop for women who are going through or may have survived Breast Cancer, I told my good friend Robby --- Sign me up!

This is Kanebo Philippines' 2nd year to create such workshop together with ICanServe Foundation.

Current Fragrance Love: Mont Blanc Lady Emblem L'eau

I haven't really posted about my newest fragrance for some time now, but that doesn't mean my love for fragrance has taken a halt.  Because obviously, it didn't!  My fragrance collection grew bigger and bigger and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon!

One of my most recent discovery is not from the usual fragrance brands that most girls go for!  But I recently chanced upon Mont Blanc --- a super male-oriented brand, but obviously, that's what I thought!

They recently came up with their newest fragrance called Lady Emblem L'eau.

Lady Emblem L'eau is housed in a diamond shape bottle covered with fresh and blooming light green lacquering, that evokes lady emblem sparkling and natural feminity.

The sparkling notes of green mandarin, violet leaves and fruity-aquatic accents of white peach and luscious litchi mingle. At the scent's heart, a bouquet of roses, magnifies the magnolia's airy and fluid floralness. At its base, a blend of white cedarwood, benzoin, and precious musks The emblem of a fine and sparkling woman.

Mesoestetic Energy C Eye Contour Energising Eye Cream Review

I have always been an "ambassador" for eye treatment products.  When I look at my very old blog photos (year 2008 or 2009) and compare it with my current close-up eye shots, I can proudly say the lines around my eyes are even lesser than almost a decade ago!  That's because I have always been consistent in using eye products (well, not SUPER consistent as there are days I just can't!) but I make it a point to really take time to massage eye products on my eye area because that's really were most signs of aging are most prominent.

I recently got to try a new brand and product called Mesoestetic Energy C Eye Contour.  I actually gave this one a try immediately after receiving the said product and so far, it's been a month now and I'm ready to share my thoughts.

Please note that most eye products take longer time to see the results because the area is small as compared to the rest of the face.  What I will be sharing here are my initial thoughts on using the said product.

15ml product housed in a metallic rose gold finish pump packaging with a "stopper".  Feel free to keep the stopper or throw it away after first use.

Jordana FabuBrow Eyebrow Pencil Review

How many brow pencils have I reviewed?  A LOT!
And I will keep on reviewing them because I believe that's YOUR most requested product to review!
I've read all your queries, I've seen all your DMs especially when I talk about brows on #AMWIgStories  I understand the strong need for a good pair of brows because... I recently saw a video of myself 10 years ago and I look different with a thin line of brows!  (Yes girls, once in my life, I had this super thin, worm-like brows plastered on top of my eyes!)

One brand that I tried is from Jordana USA called FabuBrow Eyebrow Pencil.  I got the shade 02 Medium Brown which I think is a universally flattering shade for most Filipinas.

On US website, they have 6 shades to choose from --- 01 Taupe, 02 Medium Brown, 03 Dark Brown, 04 Light Taupe 05 Soft Brown and 06 Midnight Brown.  But in the Philippines, I believe they only carry 3 shades (Taupe, Medium Brown and Dark Brown).  I personally wish they have something that would cater girls with redheads!

I thank the Jordana USA heavens that they did not create anything with "black" because black should never be used on brows!  Even with extremely dark hair, I highly recommend Dark Brown or Gray shade!

Half serious, half crazy.

Housed in a super thick glass bottle with a nice gold brand name printed so beautifully.  I knew I had to try this well-raved foundation especially in our humid weather.  I mean seriously, I've read raves from fellow beauty junkies internationally but most of the time, the effect is different once tested in a tropical country.
