Siyempre no!  Hahaha But won't that look funny?  1 man and 3 girls? 

I don't want to think how complicated the story will be but let's focus on this....

Ayan, much more interesting!  I grew up reading love stories like this!  I am the only bookworm in our family and my brothers and sister probably don't get why I need to spend hours reading something fictional.

Well, it is the romantic side of me who wishes my own Knight in Shining Armor!  See?  I finally have my own!  The power of positive thinking talaga!

AMW Bulletin: MAC Maleficent Collection

By the time you're reading this, I'm probably sleepy, tired yet very happy prettifying 10 heads for a wedding!  Ahhh the joys of working with makeup!

Do I have enough?  YES!
Do I want more?  YES! (sounds selfish) but I really do!  Especially with MAC!  They always come up with 3-4 collections in a month I can hardly breathe!  And this collection is no exception!

I'm still moping that I didn't get the chance to attend a block screening for Disney's Maleficent and I heard nothing but rave reviews of Mareng Angelina Jolie!  *sigh*  I was just telling Mr. AMW we are on a "no movie date night" mode until Kyle is probably..hmm..5 years old?  *laughs*  So back to the collection....

This collection is so dark..yet so sexy!  I like the deep, blood red shade of lipstick, lipglass and lip pencil and the extra products to enhance the eyes!  And oh, let's not forget the exaggerated contouring done on Angelina Jolie so I'm not surprised a Sculpting Powder is included in this collection!

 

AMW Reports: MAC Playland Event and Collection

MAC can always come up with collections beyond your imagination!  But when I received an invite to attend their MAC Playland Retail event last Friday, I told myself I have to be there as this collection exemplifies ME....the 35 year old me who acts like an 18 year old girl! :P  Because I believe the best Fountain of Youth is maintaining a child-like heart!  (Not Childish mind you!) :P

I gave a huge "oohhh and ahhh" upon arriving the North Atrium of Rockwell Powerplant!  You'll understand how I feel upon seeing these colorful photos!

Huge balloons right at the center!  I can totally imagine Baby AMW wanting to take home one of these!

MAC A Fantasy of Flowers

Psst, do you get tired seeing makeup collections spurt out like mushrooms almost every month?

Well, if it's MAC, I'm never tired checking out what's in store for me personally and professionally.

Their most recent collection is something that I am most excited for!  A Fantasy of Flowers --- that spells romantic, natural --- so me!

AMW Reports: MAC Divine Night

When I got an invite to witness the launch of MAC's 2013 Holiday Collection, I had to be there!  As the collection includes my MAC favorites --- Mineralize Eye Shadow, Blush and Skinfinishes!  It doesn't hurt that they also include Fluidline in Macroviolet and Stares & Speculation with the additional help of Kohl Power Eye Pencils for more dramatic looking eyes.

AMW Reports: MAC Indulge Collection

Happy Tuesday AMW Friends!  I hope our Manila-based readers are safe from the strong rain yesterday! 

Today, I will be sharing a report on the recent MAC event I attended a couple of weeks ago for MAC Indulge Collection for Fall 2013.  This collection was launched in the US around August and the rest of the countries like the Philippines had to wait for September (almost October) for the collection to finally arrive!

It is worth the wait!

Though the newest collection from MAC is not meant for my Bridal Clients, BUT, after seeing the collection in person, I have a couple of favorites!  I'll tell you which ones later on!

Funny how I could never keep track of MAC Collections!  As I'm writing this post, The MAC Glamour Daze has been hitting the local MAC stores nationwide!  But hey, a girl can always write about her LMS (Last Makeup Syndrome).  *laughs*  The makeover done by Owen Sarmiento gave me a huge impact that's why this collection stayed inside my head for quite some time!

AMW Reports: Ahoy! MAC Hey, Sailor! is here!

Over the weekend, I was invited to sail with MAC with their newest summer collection!  The gorgeous stripes that took my breathe away!  (As you all know, I have a thing for Nautical!). 

Because of a super busy morning, I arrived at the MAC counter, Glorietta later than the time I stated!  But the kind girls from MAC Philippines' Ms. Kirsten Brito and Rizel Magno welcomed me with open arms and I was ushered for my makeover right away!

The reason why I use MAC lipsticks mostly on clients because luckily, clients have better looking lips than the AMW Make-up Artist!  *laughs*  I prefer lipgloss with a hint of color as it looks healthy and natural on my very dry lips!  With the new MAC Sheen Supreme, I wish I could at least find MAC lip products that works for me!  The great news?  These are made non-sticky! *woohooo!*

Something New: MAC Wonder Woman

I seldom blog about MAC collections because we get to see them a lot online via various websites!  With the Spring 2011 collection, I told myself I have to share this because this is where my Wonder Woman Nails came from, inspiration for the week - Women Power!  I'd love to fight Wonder Woman and catch all those MAC Wonder Woman collection she's throwing away!  Any joiners?  *laughs*
