Happy Skin Forbidden Fruit Set

Hi AMW Friends!
When I posted on Instagram Happy Skin's newest Forbidden Fruit set that includes 3 Holiday Lippies, I got loads of queries on how the shades particularly look and the difference between the old and the new!  

I want to congratulate Happy Skin again for such a ground-breaking product as almost everyone I know who loves makeup own at least ONE Shut Up & Kiss Me Lippie!

Don't get me wrong, I get these for free to review but I have repurchased some of the shades as gifts and some were set aside for my makeup clients!  (Hint: I repurchased Valentine Kiss 2x and I own another Honeymoon Glow for backup!) 

Back to the Holiday Set!  Forbidden Fruit, I can imagine, will fly off the shelves!  All 3 shades are wearable not only for the Holidays but all-year-round!  And here's the great news!  These 3 shades are NOT Limited Edition so don't worry, you can purchase and repurchase them anytime of the year! 

BUT, if you want this tin can (I will definitely use this to store my falsies!)  You have to buy them this Holiday season!

I cannot stress how much these lippies are worth every single penny!  They are highly pigmented, applies very smoothly on lips and the best part?  These babies are long-lasting!  Long-lasting and hydrating enough that I included these on my Top 5 list (blogpost HERE)

Comparison:

My First Time vs Mistletoe Kiss - Mistletoe Kiss is an orange-red lip color while My First Time is cool-toned red!
Honeymoon Glow vs Under the Sheets - the most requested comparison.  Under the Sheets is more "nude" with a hint of mocha.  This is the type of lip color that makes you look like J.Lo minus the sickness!
Summer Crush and Naughty And Nice - okay, these 2 shades are totally different but I got a request for swatches on these 2.  Naughty and Nice is a very wearable berry pink shade and this is quite a unique shade you don't find this easily even on other brands!  

AMW Wore Under the Sheets

At first glance, this lip color is my ultimate favorite out of the three!  I mean seriously, a MLBB (my lips but better) shade that does not make me look like I need more sleep!   A perfect nude that would work on all skin tone!

AMW Wore Naughty & Nice

I never thought this shade would work well on me until I tried it on!  Remember how  most of you voted for YES on Inglot's Berry Shade 293?  Well, it is indeed very flattering but I am not comfortable wearing it on daytime!  Well, finally, in the shade of Naughty & Nice, this is another Berry shade that works anytime of the day!!!!  This is actually my favorite now out of the 3!  

AMW Wore Mistletoe Kiss

 If you want a bold red lipstick that doesn't screan (LOOK AT ME!) This is the perfect shade!  A very flattering red that looks orange-red on tube but upon application, it warms and melts into my lips like it was made especially for me!  Happy Skin nailed this red as I personally love this RED among all the Happy Skin reds!
