Do you still remember the BDJ Revlon Love Is On Elite Box that I got last August?

I did share to you the ultimate "I want to try it now" Revlon product which was the Brow Fantasy By ColorStay. True enough, it was the first item I picked to test from the bunch and I'm finally ready to share my thoughts!

I got the shade "Dark Brown" from BDJ Box and I wished the shade is lighter, but you know what? I still went on wearing this just to test this out and now I'm rummaging through my stash to look for this product again and realized, I included this in my makeup pro kit. So, you probably get it by now that this passed "AMW standard". :D

Pros

Easy to apply.
Perfect because I always use 2 products, either pencil + gel or brow powder + gel. This is perfect since I don't need to carry 2 products and no brush is needed.
The pencil side has good pigmentation and it actually matches my original brow shade.
The sheer tint gel does "set" the brows in place.
Lasts until makeup removal on normal/dry skin. I haven't tested this on oily skin.
The effect is very natural.

Cons

The pencil is not as soft as I wanted it but can be warmed at the back of your hand before application.

Neutral

The cap on the pencil side tends to slide off when put inside a bag/pouch.
Need to sharpen the pencil side.

Overall

A good start-up brow product to work with especially for those first-timers! The pencil side's pigmentation is just okay so you won't mess up it up, as for the gel, it is sheer enough so even if you touch your skin, it won't make your brows look weird!

Tips

Use the pencil portion first and fill in the brows with short, light strokes.
Always follow the natural direction of the growth of your brow hairs.
Brush the gel to "set" and "color" the brows.
When you use the gel side, do your best NOT to touch the skin. Apply with light hand strokes.
If you have colored hair like I do, you can pat on a light colored brow powder or eyeshadow powder to match your hair.

Will I repurchase?
Yes. Lighter shades.

To whom do I recommend this to?
Pencil and brow gel users! The color Dark Brown works for users with black and medium to dark brown hair.
