Does Pixi By Petra Lower Lash Mascara Work?

Yes, even on someone who has less than 10 lower lash hairs.

No, I'm not joking, you'll see it after the jump!  Embarrassing to admit, but it's TRUE.  

The Pixi by Petra Lower Lash Mascara was available locally since late last year!  It took me awhile and a whole lot of thinking to test this because I NEVER apply mascara on my lower lashes because I have NONE!

BUT, the good thing about this is that, it does not only work as a Lower Lash Mascara, I actually got away using this on my upper lashes and this is why it works on me and for those who have the same issues as I do.

As for usage, it doesn't need rocket science to understand how to use this.  All you have to do is start from the center of your lower lashes and gently apply with downward strokes.  Truth be told, I don't even have a before photo because the SLR camera just cannot pick up the "lash hairs" because it is too thin, sparse and almost invisible!  

Using the Pixy By Petra Lower Lash Mascara adding some patience, it can actually darken my lashes, define and lengthen it to a certain extent.

A closer look

Hey, I'm starting to see lash hairs!  In fairness, more than 10 hairs naman pala!

Now, I still find applying mascara on my lower lashes useless because I only have lashes at the "middle portion" which means, defining and thickening it will make my eyes look weird, like literally spider legs spread out in a super weird manner!

So, instead of wasting this ingenious product with a very nice applicator, I actually use this as my "mascara step 1", meaning, this product is the first thing I use before I apply my regular mascara.  Why?

Well, firstly, it separates all my lash hairs and darkening it a bit.  The formulation is not dry or runny that it can actually be used together with other branded mascaras!

Technically, this works for my lower lashes but works even better on my regular lashes.
