Hey AMW Friends! Do you have a workout plan?
Judging by the way my schedule looks, you probably knew that I have 0 workout fitted in my schedule! But as lazy as I look, I actually used to have an EXTREMELY active lifestyle --- 4x a week Gym and everyday aerobics/dance sessions!
I missed being active again, today, as much my workout entails running/chasing after my 4-year old son Kyle Nash, I try to squeeze in some "me" time by working out, a bit of a brisk walking after dinner or early morning walks.
Now, I'm sure a lot of you have this same "goal" as I do to keep myself stay active to free myself from possible health risks especially since I'm not getting any younger! Thanks to my blogger friend Rowena for introducing me to an app led by Philam Life. The app is called Philam Vitality Program.
This program seeks to help its customers to make better decisions that contribute to their overall wellness and rewarding them along the way! You know how we love rewards! So this is definitely an app worth checking out!
Just so you know, I just downloaded the app and answered a short questionnaire to calculate my Philam Vitality Age as a gauge on how well I live. Then, I will be given target points (as shown below) and weekly challenges that I can accomplish by completing a certain number of steps as measured by a fitness device (Mi Fit user here!)
For every successfully completed challenge for two consecutive weeks, here are just some of the exciting rewards I can get FREE passes to the following ---

- SM Ice Skating Passes
