I am extremely happy that the "Brown 90's lipstick shades" are back! I remembered wanting to wear that trend but was a bit too young for that and my conservative family won't be able to handle a brown lipstick on their "bunso" (youngest). Now that I'm definitely OLDER...I am so happy I can wear this brown lipstick trend again with a vengeance. With a "vengeance" because I've been picking a brown lipstick shade almost everyday!
Thankfully, the new shades of Pink Sugar Creamy Matte Lipsticks consists mostly of browns. 2 browns to be exact and a bright colored lippie as the third. Truth be told, I am definitely NOT picking the bright colored lippie because if you forgot.... let me repeat: "I am on the Brown lipstick phase until further notice."
With shade names more FUN than usual, I actually remember the names of the Pink Sugar lipsticks more than ever!

Creamy Matte Lipsticks
The finish is actually very matte, though the name states creamy, it does have a bit of "tugging" for users with extremely dry lips like I do! It does not settle into lip lines but be careful in application --- if your lips have dry patches, better exfoliate them first as it may enhance dry patches.

Like I said, the lipsticks aren't as creamy in consistency, I like to "warm up" the lipstick first at the back of my hand before I apply on lips! This is a trick that I do especially since I have very dry lips.
As for pigmentation, the Pink Sugar Creamy Matte Lipsticks have good pigmentation, you get true-to-the-tube color in a single swipe.
At a glance, I've found my favorite shade! Any guesses?
AMW wears: Breakfast In Bed
My favorite shade out of the three! This is definitely MLBB color! I like how it warms my whole face like I had a nice time at the beach! I also like how it doesn't make my skin looks sallow or sickly! This is definitely my favorite out of the bunch!
I can easily use this lip color for simple day time makeup while transforming it into a classy makeup weapon of choice with a smoky eye makeup!
AMW Wears: Heartbreaker
Heartbreaker is a medium brown color with warm undertone. This is also another favorite since it has more brown than any other shade! This is what I would pick if I want to add more "vavavoom" to my lip color!
AMW Wears: French Kiss
Like I said over one of my "Unboxing" #AMWIGStories , when you French Kiss, you have to wear bright colored lipstick! :P This is my least favorite not because the color isn't great, it's just that, I am NOT on a bright-colored lipstick phase! I'll probably pick this color if I want a "pick-me-upper" lipstick shade. This can brighten up my whole face making me look fairer than usual!
