Chantecaille Fragrance Launch

I've been beauty blogging for a decade now and at the back of my head, I still have a couple of brands under my "wishlist" to available locally.  One of the brand is called Chantecaille, this brand is not only known for their makeup line but also their Rose De Mai skincare and Fragrances.

The launch happened last week at the Art of Scent store, Shangri-la Mall.

AMW Wears H&M Floral Dress

Chantecaille is a New York company that offers products combining pure botanicals, flowers, essential oils and vitamins.  What I'm happy about this brand is that all their products are Cruelty free.  Free from ---

Phthalates, Sulphates, Detergents, Mineral Oil, Petrolatum,
Palm Oil, Synthetic Colors, Synthetic Fragrances and GMOs.

All 6 fragrances were launched that day and we all get to understand the inspiration behind the fragrance at the same time, sniff them and enjoy each story.

Le Wild
Bursting with the vivacious beauty of wild Brazilian gardenias, Le Wild brings a uniquely modern floral experience with its heady floral atmosphere and green crispness. This bottled bouquet of intoxicating wild gardenias enlivens you with its uplifting intensity.

Frangipane
An exercise in duality, Frangipane balances bright and rich floral notes with warm, soothing, and grounding essences. Native to Peru and the West Indies, Frangipane was first discovered by the botanist Frangipani when he landed on Antigua with the expedition of Columbus. Its gorgeous orange and pink blooms offer what is known in many cultures as "the eternal perfume". The subtlety of the perfume is that it's blended very delicately with sweet exotic orange and violet leaves, water hyacinth and vetyver for freshness, jasmine, ylang ylang, and a generous amount of vanilla with a touch of musk for warmth.

Kalimantan
Aromatic fresh topnotes of thyme, rosemary and natural bergamot introduce a heart of mystical incense, spellbinding ciste absolute, and signature Indonesian patchouli. Grown in the shade of Mount Kinabalu on the Indonesian island of Borneo (also called Kalimantan), this patchouli has an elusive, wine-like floral sweet topnote that evolves into a rich, woody, balsamic and earthy signature. Intensely warm and sensuous, Kalimantan sustains the rich woody patchouli impression with base notes of vanilla, styrax, agarwood, cedar, and creamy sandalwood.

Vetyver
This clean, dry, subtly woody scent is punctuated by the pinelike Juniper. Brighter notes of Citron, Pepper, Nutmeg, and Bergamot lighten Vetyver's bold heart, adding a cozy warmth matched by an invigorating freshness. Spicy, unexpectedly sexy hints of Musk and Sandalwood give Vetyver an alluring quality that is deeply feminine and casually sophisticated.

Tiare
A wild, magical floral experience. The tiare flower's understated sweetness mixes with salt air, wind, a touch of dry, warm, sun-bleached wood, greenness, and a slightly powdery mimosa finish. This cocktail gives Tiare an alluring depth and complexity with undboutable seductive powers.

Lastly, my personal pick,

Petales
Petales is a journey to the sun-drenched South of France, where Sylvie summered as a child and her mother's signature French scent always hung in the air. A classic white floral perfume with an unexpected delicacy, the fragrance is a symphony of white blossoms —Freesia, Gardenias and the heady scent of petals after the rain form the top notes, while Jasmine, Tuberose, Violet Leaves and delicate Orange Blossoms lend an airy vividness at the heart. The elegant drydown leaves a trail of sensuous Cedarwood and a warm whisper of musk, which deepen this velvety, fresh fragrance, giving it a thoroughly sophisticated essence. The woman who wears Petales is classic and unforgettable.
