Crunchy and Creamy Macaroni Salad Recipe

I seldom make Macaroni Salad as my mom makes the best one I don't want to try!

My mom's macaroni salad is creamy with an added "crunch" to it.  I know she used several key ingredients to create the crunch but obviously, I'm making excuse not to make one until today.

I finally made my Crunchy and Creamy Macaroni Salad and I earned a thumbs up from my momma!  Yes I made her this Christmas because I want to spoil her and dad!

Ingredients:

• Elbow Mcaroni
• Lady's Choice Mayonnaise
• Chopped carrots
• Chopped Onions
• Pineapple chunks
• Pickles
• Shredded chicken

I prepare the chicken first, the water used to boil the chicken was used as a Hotpot soup so all is well!

Once the macaroni is cooked, put it in a big bowl and prepare the rest of the ingredients and pour everything in.

And lastly, add Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise.  I taste as I go and I wanted it to be creamy so I added more than usual, put it in fridge and ready to serve or put it in a nice container and tie it with a ribbon and gift it to people you love!
