My Kitchen Helper: Glad Products

When we moved to our new home 2 years ago, Mr. AMW and I bought in a lot of plastic containers to store leftover dishes and other food items like crackers, chips, nuts, etc....  Turns out, using these plastic containers to store our leftover dishes aren't as money-saving as we thought it would be.  Food gets spoiled easily, chips and cookies lose their "Freshness" state in just a day or less!  I might as well throw all our money to the trash bin!

Last year, I've read this article from www.yummy.ph  and it was a lightbulb moment for me!  I always have Glad products in my kitchen (hoarding problem girls! :P)  and I use them mostly for cooking!  Ex. Extra Wide Seal variant to marinate my meat dishes

Fluffy Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe

I shared my first Sweet and Sour Recipe last year and today, I'll be sharing my 2nd version!  I believe sweet and sour recipes (no matter how many times you cook it) won't taste exactly the same each time!  That's the beauty of cooking!

So today, I'm sharing a unique way of making your Sweet and Sour Pork Dishes!  I made it fluffier better looking for kids who like meals that look good!

AMW Cooks: Stuffed Beef Roll

How many ways can you use "ground beef" in a dish?
Well, I asked myself that because of my busy schedule, we don't have much meat left on the freezer but ground beef!

Do I cook beef patties again?  Or maybe mix it with vegetables?  It was a Friday night and I usually cook something unique (ahem, unhealthy) for the family!  It is the end of the work week so I may at least spoil Mr. AMW right?

As I researched Google for more beef recipes, I don't find a lot so I just used my crazy imagine and thought of this!

Note:  This doesn't look good on photos but tastes really good!  I am quite proud of this dish as the whole family devoured this dish to the last crumb!
