AMW Cooks: Breaded Pork Chop with a Twist

You know when your husband specifically requested for "Chicken Cordon Bleu" but you don't have any chicken breasts at home?

Well, as I sneaked into my fridge, I spied almost a kilo of pork loin so I sliced into into small "Pork Chops" size, grabbed some bacon and potatoes.  YES POTATOES!

Here's the result of my Breaded Pork Chop with a Twist!



Ingredients:

• Pork loin sliced thinly.
• Bacon
• 1 large potato (grated)
• Bread Crumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Egg
• Garlic

I'm glad Happy Skin kept this collection simple and straightforward!  With just a couple of this products you can actually get away with a lovely "Blooming" look!
