Sample Room's Summer ParTEA!

When Sample Room reached out to me to be included in their "Partner Bloggers" list, it wasn't a difficult decision to say "YES" upon hearing their mission.  A mission I've been constantly hoping for whenever I write product reviews.

"Who wouldn't want to try the product first before buying them?Sample Room is here to give you that option. And this is our inspiration."

Fast forward to several years after, I am one of the lucky "many" who are part of this growing family!  I get to try out product samples before I can decide if I'll commit to a full-sized version.  I get to read reviews from fellow consumers who have availed samples and also from fellow Beauty Bloggers who are as "OC" as I am when it comes to product testing.  

Seriously, Sample Room is a gift from the Beauty Heavens.

And just when I thought I was lucky enough to be part of this lovely community, Sample Room invites Partner Bloggers each year to enjoy Summer!

This year, it was held at the beautiful Manila Polo Club!  With partner brands who believes and support the mission and vision of Sample Room.

Basilur Tea 

By far one of the best tea brand that I've tried.  I was able to try this December last year when I was gifted this by a friend.  I can't stop drinking this tea every night and my favorite flavor as of the moment is the White Magic Milk Oolong Tea.  Jasmine comes in 2nd and I can't wait to try the rest of the flavors!  

Girlstuff Urban Jungle Collection Review

I haven't been doing Nail Art posts but that doesn't stop me from wearing nail polishes!  I still do!  I still have this "itch" to create nail art designs but it is put on hold due to my extremely busy schedule but there will always be special days like this....when my favorite nail polish brand launches their newest collection and the colors are screaming: "Nikki!  Please use us all!"  

Obviously, I obliged!

What Your Kids Can Do This Summer!

I used to dream about being a fast food crew!  I applied every Summer but to no avail, I never got the job because everyone seems to have that "idea" of a summer job.

Thankfully, for today's times, kids are really lucky because they get to join activities that would nurture their values such as teamwork, hard work, discipline, responsibility and sharing in so many ways!  

Just like McDonald's Kiddie Crew Workshop which has been around for 25 years!  

Karadium x Pucca Shine Up Finish Review

When I saw Korean makeup brand Karadium collaborated with my favorite "cartoon character" of all time Pucca under "Pucca Love Edition", I knew I have to get my hands on the products even if they don't work!  

Seriously, I've been a long-time Pucca fan (since year 2002) when there aren't ANY Pucca merchandise yet locally.  My brother has to travel to purchase Pucca items for me and the collection evolved into my University Students in China learning how much I love this character, gifted me EVERYTHING Pucca-related --- from carpet to coin banks, stuff toy, keychain, t-shirt and a whole lot more!  Though I stopped collecting, deep in my heart, I knew I can't let this Karadium Love Pucca Limited Edition makeup slip through my hands!  I just can't!

So upon learning that this collection is available online via YEF Shop, I went crazy and clicked away!  

 Of course, I didn't just "clicked away", I made sure the products I get have a clear print of my "face" a.k.a. Pucca face!

Now, before I announce the 3 lucky winners, here's my take on my own 7-day #WatsonsMaskRevolution challenge.

Because I have been a sheet mask user for the longest time and actually missed using "Modeling Masks" (I started with this type of mask way back when I was working in China).  I went ahead and tried Lindsay All-in-One Energizing Gold Modeling Mask for 7 consecutive days.

Unlike normal sheet masks, this you have to add water, mix it and gently apply on your face like a wet cement.  And just like any "wet cement" it dries and turn a bit hard.
