Real No Makeup vs.No Makeup Makeup

 

How in the world did I manage to skip a WHOLE month of not Blogging?
September was one of the craziest month!  Aside from being extremely busy with my son's schedule,  Work was crazy (good crazy!).  Been busy working on an important project for a brand as a PR Consultant and my... let me say this for once and cringe after... "INFLUENCER" life is quite busy as well!  *laughs*

I have been attending events in between driving my son to and from school.  It was crazy I tell you, with Manila traffic and all.  I am quite amazed how I can still sit here and type about my September with a cup of iced coffee on one hand! 

Today, I will tackle about the NO Makeup Makeup Look versus REAL No Makeup Look.

Real no makeup look is self explanatory.  You wake up in the morning, wash your face and look at yourself in the mirror, that is your real beauty.  Very Beautiful for sure! But on days you want to enhance your look.  What is the look of no makeup with makeup you say?

I read, watched and personally heard people rave about Issy & Co and after owning my first Issy & Co set, I finally understood why.

Just look at the aesthetic, looks so expensive, classy and visually addictive.  I just want to stare at their makeup for hours!  But the true test came after using these for months!  I've done a quick first try and all over makeup look but at the back end, I have been using these products on a daily basis and it wasn't as hard as before when we were on lockdown, I can literally wear them whenever I drive my son to and from school and test them out under strong heat and humidity.

When I finished my Helix-D Eye Serum , I was a bit at a lot for a moment as I don't know which eye product I would use next.  Will it be better than Helix-D?  Will it work just as good?  As much as I'd love to stick on repurchasing Helix D, I am a Beauty Product reviewer and I need to test out products out in the market for YOU guys and for MYSELF --- I just want to try new products!  *lol*

Hi everyone! 
Gosh, it is almost a month that I last updated here!  Where did the SUMMER VACATION went?

If you follow me on Instagram #ShamelessPlug , you know that my son had his first Holy Communion (for Roman Catholics) and did you know that kids had to attend 3 days Catechism classes while parents need a 2-3 hours session separately? 

We also had a reconciliation day so that covers the whole week of August!  Aside from that, I managed to grab a couple of PR Consultancy opportunities so that kept me super busy as well.  

Anyway, before I go any further about my personal stories, you are probably here for the Get Ready with Me look in 30 minutes less!  Now that you know my schedule, you know that 30minutes is the only available period of time for full face makeup look.

When in rush, it helps to use a pop of color on lips like RED or Deep Burgundy.  A loud lip statement would make your overall look unique.  It looked like you spent a lot of time doing your makeup but in reality, you just did a bit of lipstick swiping!

Up do Bun That Stays

 

Hi guys!  

I missed you so much!  My life was such a whirlwind!  After a steady June, July was starting to pick up and get crazy because I am preparing for a lot of stuff for old and new clients.  I guess I haven't shared what I have been doing after being an HR Consultant for more than a decade.  

Ooohh, making it BLOG official!  I have been helping out brands on their PR And Marketing efforts and I have been doing this for almost 10 years!  Things got slow when COVID hits and lost a couple of clients who lost their businesses or maybe their business turned slow.

Thankfully, with God's grace, things are looking up once again and I am quite busy until this year end!  

That said, I have to look good even if I pull my hair out of my face!  :P  yeah, trying to make this transition smooth but it wasn't as smooth as I thought!!!  *laughs*

After trying out updo for so long, this is the easiest, and most of all, it stays the whole day and looks NOT BAD!  What do you think?

This type of updo looks well even with a bit of "mess" here and there.  That's the beauty of natural-looking updo bun!

You may add cute clips and ribbons based from your outfit and occasion!
