Nail Art Tutorial: Fruity Fimo Nails

Happy Monday everyone!!!  I've decided to do a new kind of nail art this week and thanks to my dear beautiful friend eBeautyblog for sharing her FIMO nails which inspired me to purchase one and do the same! :)

Here's how it looks like

Step 1:
Apply a base coat prior to polish application.  Apply 2 coats of ELF Polish in Nude.  Let dry.

Step 2:
Using L.A. Colors Art Deco polish in white, create random lines.

Step 3:
Using Prettynails' 2 way nail art pen in glittery gold, create random lines again on top of the white lines.

NOTE:
If you don't have FIMO clay, you can stop here, put on top coat and VOILA! :)

Step 4:
Dot on any top coat or clear polish on areas you want to put on FIMO clay, press on the fruity Fimo polymer clay, pressing the ends using any object, in my case, I use the nail art dotting tool.

Step 5:
Top the Fimo Polymer clay at once with a top coat to prevent it from folding up.

I believe some would like to use a nail glue to make it stay longer, I don't have it!  So I opted for polish to make the clay stick.  Hope you like my nail art for the week :)

Keep smilin'
Stay happy!

Hope you have a great week ahead!
