For someone with extremely dry skin and who loves to use powder or powder foundation a lot, I am quite surprised to always get compliment from friends and colleagues who always say: "Ang fresh mo naman!" (You look so fresh!) Even when deep inside, I feel like dying inside from heat, lack of sleep and muscle pain.
There are so many times I tend to forget to hydrate myself and the liquid I consume for the full morning is just a cup of coffee (BAD! Please don't do this at home!) So seriously, where is the freshness that people see?
I realized, one thing that I never forget to do is to hydrate my skin! It would be so much better if I hydrate myself both on the inside and outside but thankfully, I never forget to use hydrating mists to rejuvenite my skin especially midday.
