AMW Reviews: MAC Lip Pencil in Cherry

Happy Friday!  After a gloomy start of the week, I am ending this week on a happier note!  Let's wear something bright and cheery!  RED!

Remember my previous post on "My Take on Wearing Red Lip Liner?"  I mentioned my favorite red lip pencil of all time and it's from MAC!  The color is Cherry and it looked like this on my dry lips!  

Tadah!  Dry lips no more and mind you,  no gloss on top! 

After several usage, trust me, I've been using this as my "default" brightening secret for a couple of times and I'm ready to share my thoughts on this!

AMW Reports: The Ultimate BB Cream Event

Happy Thursday AMW Friends!  I hope our Philippine readers are doing okay and safe from the storm!  

On a lighter side, I will share to you The Ultimate BB! Event that I attended last Saturday.  It was a relaunch of Bobbi's BB Cream SPF35!  What's new for them to celebrate?  More shades availability for us to choose from!

The event was held at their new store, Rustan's Makati Grand Mall!  Check out the BB Pink Velvet Cupcakes!  They just don't look good, they taste heavenly!

AMW Bulletin: Watsons Health, Wellness and Beauty Awards 2013

Watsons is my ultimate favorite store among stores!  I can still remember the first time I entered a huge Watsons Store in Hong Kong and it took me 4 hours scouring unique beauty finds in their 3 story-high Causeway Bay branch!  I used to wish our local Watsons would carry as much items as their Hong Kong counterpart!  

Well, wishes do come true!  As years go by, I can see how much Watsons Philippines have grow and I'm so happy to say, most of the items I longed for are readily available at Watsons!  (ex. Lucido-L!)

And because Watsons have been providing us with everything we need to look good, they also honor the biggest and brightest brands in this years' Watsons HWB Awards 2013.  Are you excited to know this year's list?

Natasha Beauty Face Duo in Medium Beige Review

Don't you dislike bringing full-size foundation and concealer for retouch?  I know some of you don't mind but on days I want to carry a small purse/bag, bringing a bulky makeup kit is impossible!  So I'm glad to share a nifty li'l product from an inexpensive brand -- Natasha Beauty.  The major question is, is it worth purchasing?

Readers' Corner: What to Pack (Hospital Bag)

Hi AMW friends!  I recently received an email from a reader asking me to share what I packed inside my hospital bag!

First things first, I want to thank my online friend Didi for sending me lists of things needed to take with me to the hospital!  Truthfully, to all first time preggy moms out there?  I understand how overwhelming it is to pack for a hospital bag!  I mean, the overall shopping for baby related stuff is stressful enough! So to be honest, as OC as I may seem, I am actually one lazy bone several weeks when I was about to pop!  I dread carrying my tummy and butt every second of the day, so can you imagine how difficult it was to pack for a hospital bag?

This will probably shock most of you but just so some of you may feel better, I actually completed my hospital bag several hours before I gave birth!  Yes, the bag was always there, there was a few items inside but it was never complete until April 15th 9:00pm (P.S. I gave birth April 16th 1:29am).
